| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělená do tří částí, z kterých první obsahuje obecné základní definice, koncept a základní pilíře e-governementu. Druhá část se věnuje koncepci rozvoje informačních technologií obecně a koncepci rozvoje evropského e-governmentu. Třetí část potom poskytuje aplikaci evropských strategií v českém prostředí, přičemž oba přístupy srovnává a vyzdvihuje základní rozdíly mezi nimi, které jsou dány specifickými potřebami české společnosti. Co se týká praktické aplikace českých a evropských strategií, ta je rozebírána a popsána na konci obou kapitol, kdy jsou nejprve představeny dva konkrétní příklady informačních systémů Evropské unie a následně taky česká koncepce e-governmentu. |

| Abstract: | The paper is divided into 3 parts, the first of which contains general theoretical introduction to e-government. The second part of the paper deals with the European concept of development of information technologies and information society in general, as well as the concept of European e-government. The third part of the paper shows the application of European strategies into Czech reality, while both approaches are compared, and then focuses mainly on their differences which arose from the specific needs of Czech society. Practical application of European and Czech strategies is described at the end of the Chapter 2 and 3. At first the example of 2 European information systems is presented, followed by the specific project of Czech e-government. |
