| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se chci zabývat obezitou, konkrétně tím, jak ji co nejefektivněji řešit. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu různých programů proti obezitě, které nabízí zdravotní pojišťovny, zhodnotit postupy Evropské unie a zvážit, zda by efektivním řešením byla změna systému zdravotní péče v České republice. Velkou část mé práce poté zabere analýza daně z tučných jídel, kde bych chtěla porovnat její výhody a náklady a porovnat argumenty, které používá vláda a které používají samotní výrobci potravin. Dále bych chtěla zdůraznit nejen zdravotní obtíže, které obezita přináší, ale i možnou pracovní diskriminaci obézních lidí na trhu práce v důsledku jejich častějšího onemocnění. Vlastním přínosem práce bude mnou vypracovaný dotazník na téma daně z tučných jídel, kdy skupina respondentů s nadváhou i normální váhou bude odpovídat na otázky spojené s touto daní a se změnou systému zdravotní péče. Z odpovědí respondentů poté zpracuji vyhodnocení, které by nám mohlo ukázat, jak by lidé v České republice reagovali na zvýšení cen tučných jídel a na změnu systému zdravotní péče. Z toho poté vyvodím závěr, zda by zavedení daně z tučných jídel a změna systému zdravotní péče v České republice byla efektivní. |

| Abstract: | In my Bachelor Thesis I would like to deal with the question how to solve the obesity effectively. I will decribe various anti -- obesity programs which health insurance companies offer. I will show how expensive anti -- obesity programs are and if people are interested in these programs. I will mention the opinions of the European Union and consider if the change in our healthcare system will be efficient. A great part of my Bachelor Thesis will be concentrated on the analysis of fat tax. I would like to compare benefits and costs of this tax and compare arguments used by the government and arguments used by food manufacturers. Then I will mention possible discrimination of the obese people in the labor market due to their frequent illnesses. My own contribution will be a questionnaire survey about the fat tax. In this questionnaire people will answer the questions related to the fat tax and to the change of the healthcare system. The respondents will be people who are overweight, obese and normal weight. Then I will evaluate the possible responses from the questionnaire and I will try to show the possible efectivity of the fat tax in Czech Republic. Then I will show if people are willing to accept the change of the healthcare system. |
