| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o působení zájmových skupin na imigrační politiku České republiky se zaměřením na nestátní neziskové organizace. Teoretická část se zabývá úvodem do teorie veřejné volby, problematikou zájmových skupin, dobýváním renty a definováním pojmu nestátní nezisková organizace. V praktické části jsou popsány zájmové skupiny působící v imigrační politice České republiky. Nejvíce prostoru je věnováno nestátním neziskovým organizacím. Podrobněji jsou zde zkoumány způsoby, jakými mohou prosazovat své zájmy, a možné projevy dobývání renty těmito organizacemi. V poslední části je uveden příklad působení nestátní neziskové organizace jako zájmové skupiny na Projektu dobrovolných návratů, který proběhl v České republice v roce 2009. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the interest groups, especially the non-profit organizations, which have an influence on the immigration policy of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part concentrates on the introduction to the Public Choice Theory, the interest group theory, rent seeking and definition of a non-profit organization. The practical part describes the interest groups involved in the immigration policy of the Czech Republic and the main part of this document deals with the non-profit organizations. The further chapter of this practical part is devoted to the ways how the interest groups defend their interests and to the possible marks of rent seeking. The last part shows an example of the impact of a non-profit organization which acts like an interest group on the Voluntary Return Programme which was realized in the Czech Republic in the year 2009. |
