| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou rozpočtového hospodaření obce a účetní reformou, která započala rokem 2010. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části své diplomové práce se věnuji obecné charakteristice obce, legislativnímu rámci, kompetenci orgánů obce a rozpočtovému procesu. S rozpočtem souvisí příjmy a výdaje, které také zmiňuji. Dále zde popisuji účetní reformu veřejných financí. Praktická část analyzuje rozpočtové hospodaření města Jindřichův Hradec v časové řadě 2007 - 2010. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deal with the characteristics of budgetary management of the municipality and accounting reforms that has begun in the year 2010. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In my theoretical part of my thesis is devoted to general characteristics of the municipality, the legislative framework, authority of the organs of municipality and budgetary process. With a budget is in connection revenues and expenses, which also refers. I described the accounting reform of public finances. The practical part analyses budgetary management of the town Jindrichuv Hradec in the time line 2007 -- 2010. |
