| Abstract: | Součástí plánu modernizace našeho státu je inovace systému investičních pobídek, které jsou nepochybně kontroverzním tématem. Tento systém podpory domácích a přílivu zahraničních investic byl do České republiky zaveden na konci devadesátých let. Celkový objem přislíbených pobídek státní příspěvkovou organizací CzechInvest činil podle jejích údajů ke květnu 2010 téměř 169 miliard Kč, avšak hodnota reálně čerpaných pobídek do roku 2008 (včetně) pak činila přibližně 30 miliard Kč. Diplomová práce zodpoví následující otázky: Byla tato částka využita efektivně? Skutečně se každá investovaná koruna vrátila státu několikrát, nebo šlo jen o mystifikaci veřejnosti? Jak by se měla Česká republika do budoucna postavit k systému investičních podpor? |

| Abstract: | The system of investment incentives, admittedly controversial topic, is part of our country modernization. This system of support for domestic and foreign investment to the Czech Republic was established in the late nineties. The total amount of incentives promised by state funded organization CzechInvest was according to its data in May 2010 nearly 169 billion CZK, but the real value of incentives drawn up to 2008 (included) was approximately 30 billion CZK. The diploma thesis will answer the following questions: Was the mentioned amount used effectively? Did each Czech crown invested really returned to the state several times, or it was only misleading information to the public? How should Czech Republic deal with a system of investment support in the future? |
