Diplomová práce zkoumá suburbanizaci na vybraném území Prahy -- západ jako proces, který nejvýznamněji mění okrajové části pražské aglomerace. Konkrétně posuzuje tento jev v obcích nacházejících se v severozápadním zázemí hlavního města Prahy, a to v Horoměřicích, Velkých Přílepech a Holubicích. Práce analyzuje dopady výstavby nových domů a bytů na tuto lokalitu, na vývoj počtu obyvatelstva a vybavenost obcí příslušnou infrastrukturou. Konfrontuje teoretické předpoklady suburbanizace, které jsou vysvětleny v první části práce, s realitou. V případové studii jsou identifikovány jak společné problémy vybraných obcí a tamních občanů, tak pozitiva, které s sebou fenomén suburbanizace přináší. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis examines suburbanization in the selected area of Prague -- west as a process that changes most significantly the outskirts of Prague agglomeration. Specifically, it examines these effects in the villages located in the northwest base of the city of Prague in Horoměřice, Velké Přílepy and Holubice. The task analyses the impacts of construction of new houses and flats in this location, the development of population and infrastructure in villages. It confronts the theoretical assumptions of suburbanization, which are explained in the first part of the diploma thesis, with the facts. The case study identifies common problems in municipalities and their local citizens, and the positives that phenomenon of suburbanization come with. |
