| Abstract: | Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na náležitosti podnikatelského plánu, součástí je i typologie právních forem podnikání v České republice. Praktická část se zabývá současným stavem popisované nemovitosti, kalkulací nákladů na opravu a způsobem financování odkupu a rekonstrukce domu. Dále je v praktické části diplomové práce podnikatelský plán na zahájení podnikání v krátkodobém ubytování, jehož cílem je sdělit, zda je tato forma podnikání vhodná. |

Practical part of thesis deals with the actual state of the property, calculation of expected costs for renovation and analysis of expected incomes and expenditures. Followed by business plan, which is focused on establishing a company that will provide short-term rent of apartments for its customers. |
