| Abstract: | Cílem práce je poukázat na to, jak krizové období v ekonomice donutilo střední ryze český podnik k totálním změnám struktury, výrobního programu i přístupu k zákazníkům a dodavatelům. Záměrem práce je popsat a prezentovat úspěšný příklad, že i takto složité období, může paradoxně i menší firmy posílit a majitelé i management nemusí rezignovat a firmy rušit ba naopak, mohou najít nové směry a perspektivy pro tyto své firmy, pokud situaci správně vyhodnotí a přijmou správná rozhodnutí. Práce je zpracována jako případová studie, která může pomoci ostatním firmám řešit obdobné situace v takovýchto složitých ekonomických podmínkách, ve kterých se po krizovém období 2008-2010 nacházíme. |

| Abstract: | The aim is to highlight how the crisis in the economy forced the Central purely Czech company to an all-out changes in the structure, product range and access to customers and suppliers. The intention is to describe and present a successful example, that this difficult period, may paradoxically strengthen small businesses and the owners and management companies may resign and abolish the contrary, they may find new directions and perspectives for those of your business, if properly evaluate the situation and take right decisions. The work is handled as a case study that may help other companies address a similar situation in these difficult economic conditions in which, after the 2008-2010 crisis are. |
