| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek z účetního, finančního a právního hlediska,se zaměřením na okolnosti vzniku a zániku pohledávek. Z hlediska finančního jsou popisovány činnosti spojené s procesem řízení pohledávek s ohledem na vnitropodnikové směrnice a jejich nastavení. Po právní stránce se v práci zkoumá vznik a zánik závazkových vztahů a také právní okolnosti vymáhání pohledávek. Z hlediska účetního pak tato práce sleduje zachycení vzniku a zániku pohledávky v účetní evidenci, dále jejich oceňování účetnictví. Celá práce je doplněna ukázkami účtování jednotlivých situací. |

| Abstract: | This Thesis deals with the problematic of accounts receivable from accounting, financial and legal perspectives, with focus on the circumstances of the creation and the extinction of accounts receivable. In terms of financial activities it describes accounts receivable management process in relation to internal corporate directives and their setting up. Concerning the legislation, the Thesis explores the creation and the extinction of contractual relationships and legal aspects of the debt extortion. From the accounting point of view, this Thesis follows up the process of recording the creation and the extinction of accounts receivable in the accounting and their valuation. The whole text is supplemented by sample records of particular situations. |
