| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá plněním rozpočtu obce Jamné nad Orlicí v letech 2009 -- 2010. Je rozdělena na dvě části -- teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje a popisuje základní pojmy, jako je obec, obecní rozpočet či orgány obce. Praktická část pak podrobně zkoumá rozpočtové příjmy a výdaje obce Jamné nad Orlicí. V neposlední řadě je v práci zmíněna i reforma účetnictví státu v roce 2010 a její dopady na účetnictví obcí. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the implementation of the budget of the municipality Jamné nad Orlici in the years of 2009 - 2010. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical section defines and describes basic concepts, such as community, municipal budget and municipal authorities. The practical part will examine in detail the budget revenues and expenditures of the municipality Jamné nad Orlici. Finally, the work also mentiones the reform of state accounting in 2010 and its impact on the accounting of communities. |
