| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na poskytování "státních dotací" neziskovým organizacím pracujícím s dětmi a mládeží. Na základě statistických dat zachycujících poskytnutí dotací z "Programů státní podpory práce s dětmi a mládeží pro NNO" v letech 2007-2010 zkoumám jejich regionální diferenciaci do krajů a okresů a hodnotím jejich dopad na regiony. Práce zahrnuje jak teoretické tak praktické aspekty zmíněné problematiky. |

I examine the regional distribution of the financial resources to regions and districts and evaluate their impact on the regions based on the statistical data from "Programs of government subsidy of work with children and youth for non-governmental organizations" in years 2007-2010. The thesis includes both theoretical and practical aspects of the mentioned issues. |
