| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Podnikatelský plán -- rozvoj historického objektu se zabývá v teoretické části podnikatelským plánem a jeho náležitostmi, které se v praktické části aplikují na podnikatelský záměr rozvoje historického objektu. Součástí práce je vypracování celého podnikatelského plánu včetně finančního modelu a vyhodnocení realizovatelnosti projektu včetně možností financování a investiční atraktivity. Práce také zahrnuje strategickou analýzu, analýzu rizik celého projektu a doporučení pro zlepšení finanční výkonnosti. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part of the master's thesis on the topic of Business plan -- Advancement of the historical building is focused on how the business plan should look like and what are essential parts of it. These theoretical findings are applied on the business idea to develop a complex business plan and assess its feasibility. The thesis also includes construction of financial model and assessment of financial sources with a link to expected financial performance, risks of the project and developing potential areas for financial improvement. |
