| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje Program "Národní IPO" v Kazachstánu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část obsahuje obecní přehled infrastruktury kapitálového trhu Kazachstánu. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována srovnání Kazachstánské burzy cenných papírů KASE s jinými burzami v regionu. Toto srovnání je provedeno pomocí makroekonomických ukazatelů, burzovních ukazatelů a z pohledu historického vývoje jednotlivých institucí. Třetí část obsahuje podrobný popis realizace Programu včetně nezbytných právních reforem. Čtvrtá část se zaměřuje na indikátory úspěšné realizaci Programu, předpoklady a možná rizika spojené s tímto Programem. V závěru práce je reprezentováno celkové zhodnocení a postoj autora k Programu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis describes the "People's IPO" Program in Kazakhstan. The work is divided into four parts. The first part provides general overview of the infrastructure of the capital market of Kazakhstan. The second part of this thesis is devoted to a comparison of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange KASE with other exchanges in the region. This comparison is done using the macro-economic indicators, stock market indicators and from the perspective of the historical development of individual institutions. The third part contains detailed description of the implementation of the Program, including the necessary legal reforms. The fourth part focuses on indicators of successful implementation of the program, assumptions and potential risks associated with this Program. The conclusion is represented by total assessment and the author's attitude to the Program "People's IPO". |
