| Abstract: | Diplomová práce vypracovaná na téma Podnikatelský plán -- založení taneční školy, se člení na dvě části. V první, teoretické části jsou vysvětlené obecné pojmy podnikatelské teorie. Praktická část je věnovaná podnikatelskému záměru vybudování taneční školy v Praze, která bude poskytovat komplexní taneční průpravu a bude se zaměřovat na cheerleading. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit reálný podnikatelský plán a zjistit, zda by byl za daných podmínek realizovatelný a životaschopný. |

| Abstract: | This thesis elaborated on the theme of Business Plan -- Foundation of a dance school, is divided into two parts. The first is theoretical and explains the general concepts of business theory. The practical part is devoted to business plan to build a dance school in Prague, which would provide comprehensive dance training that would be focused on cheerleading. The goal of the thesis is to create a real business plan and find out whether it would be feasible and viable under the given conditions. |
