| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat podrobný a ucelený obraz o současném systému penzijního připojištění v České republice, jeho základních nedostatcích a změnách, ke kterým dojde na základě plánované důchodové reformy. Součástí práce je i analýza výnosnosti penzijního připojištění, která bere v úvahu nejen změny v oblasti státního příspěvku a daňového zvýhodnění, ale také odhadované změny ve výši dosahovaného ročního zhodnocení produktu. V závěru práce je pak obsaženo doporučení, pro koho je nový produkt vhodný a jaké jsou jeho hlavní výhody a nevýhody. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give a detailed and complete description of the supplementary pension insurance in the Czech Republic, its main problems and legislative changes that will be caused by the intended pension reform. The thesis also contains the analysis of the profitability, which considers not only the changes in the construction of state contribution and tax allowance, but it also predicts the estimated changes in the year yield. Conclusion of the thesis suggests for which persons the product is suitable and it summarizes its major advantages and disadvantages. |
