| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou financování vysokoškolského vzdělávání v ČR a je souhrnným pohledem na efektivnost financování samotného terciárního systému a jeho legislativní úpravu. Teoretická část se zabývá přiblížením českého systému terciárního vzdělávání a je celistvým podkladovým rámcem samotné analýzy. V analytické části nechybí aplikace vlastního příkladu. Ten ztotožňuje rizika a náklady firmy s existujícími náklady pro studenty a také s rizikem, kterým je nejistý výsledek jejich úspěchu či uplatnitelnosti jakožto absolventů. Konfrontuje tak existenci zcela veřejného financování. V práci nechybí prvek mezinárodního srovnání v podobě komparace se systémy fungujícími v Rakousku a ve Spojeném království, ve kterých následně nalézá komponenty použitelné v českém terciárním systému. |

| Abstract: | The presented bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of financing academic education in the Czech Republic and is a summary look at the efficiency of the tertiary funding system and its legislation. The theoretical part deals with the approximation of the Czech system of tertiary education and is a comprehensive underlying framework of the analysis. The analytical part is not missing the aplication of the own example. It identifies business risks and costs with existing costs for students and the risk of unsure of the outcome of their success or employability as graduates. It confronts the existence of an entirely public funding. The bachelor thesis is not missing element of the international comparison in form of comparing systems operating in Austria and the United Kingdom, in which subsequently finds components applicable in the Czech tertiary system. |
