| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce "Podnikatelský plán -- modernizace tenisového areálu" je vypracování podnikatelského plánu na rekonstrukci současného tenisového areálu. V teoretické části práce popisuji specifika malých a středních podniků, jejich význam. Shrnuji hlavní náležitosti tvorby podnikatelského plánu, uvádím jeho strukturu. V praktické části práce aplikuji získané znalosti na konkrétní příklad tenisového areálu. Popisuji jeho současnou situaci a možná řešení. Závěrem analyzuji očekávanou rentabilitu a dopad na sportovní činnost. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this master's thesis "Business plan -- Tennis centre modernization" - is creating and writing the business plan for the reconstruction of the existing tennis centre. The theoretical part describes characteristics of small and medium sized enterprises, their meaning. Describes the necessary parts of the business plan, its possible structure. The paper involves the knowledge gained into the concrete case of the tennis centre. Describes its nowadays conditions and possible solutions. In the end I analyze the expected profitability and the impact on the sport activities. |
