| Abstract: | Práce popisuje výpravu za hledáním podnikatelského minimalismu a spartánské jednoduchosti ve vývoji software ve společnosti Kyberie, kterou jsem vlastnil v letech 2004-2012. Práce ukazuje, že vývoj software není o použití vyhrazených postupů, technologií či znalostí, ale o myšlení lidí. Vývoj software je ve své zásadě velmi jednoduchý, jen je třeba mít odvahu, odmítat dogmata a být otevřený. Software je dialogem mezi lidmi pomocí strojů. A tato práce ukazuje, jak tento dialog vést. |

| Abstract: | This document describes a journey to finding an entrepreneur minimalism and a spartan simplicity in software development at Kyberie company which I owned between years 2004 and 2012. The document shows that software development is not about using "hard" practices, technologies or knowledge but it's just about human thinking. A software development is very simple in principle and all we need is a courage, dogma refusing and being as open as possible. A software is a dialog between people through machines.
