| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem mé práce je porovnání stávající právní úpravy akciové společnosti s úpravou dle zákona o obchodních korporacích se zaměřením na vybrané oblasti tohoto právního předpisu. Ve své práci se snažím srozumitelně nastínit stávající právní úpravu týkající se akciových společností a dále se zaměřuji na nejvýraznější rozdíly v právní úpravě akciových společností, jako jsou formy a typy akcií, možnost volby mezi monistickým a dualistickým uspořádáním statutárních orgánů, a podobně. Dále práce popisuje i menší změny, například pouze změny ve výkladu či systematičnosti. Závěrem se práce snaží pomocí konkrétního příkladu poukázat na možné ekonomické dopady pro danou firmu. Bakalářskou práci je možné chápat jako základ pro možnost dalšího zkoumání budoucích ekonomických dopadů na celou naši ekonomiku, popřípadě i ekonomiku zahraniční. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of my work is to compare the current legislation of company limited by modifying the Law on Corporations, focusing on selected areas of the legislation. In this thesis I try to clearly outline the existing legislation public limited companies and to focus on the most significant differences in the regulation of public limited companies, such as forms and types of shares, the choice between monistic and dualistic arrangement of statutory bodies, and the like. It also describes the smaller changes, for example, only changes in the interpretation or systematic. Finally the thesis tries to use a concrete example to point out the potential economic impact for the company. Bachelor's thesis can be understood as a basis for further exploring the possibility of future economic impact on our entire economy, or even foreign economies. |
