| Abstract: | V současné době je pozorovatelný poměrně nový proud v podnikové informatice s názvem BYOD -- Bring Your Own Device, česky Přines si své zařízení. V úvodní části práce je provedena charakteristika BYOD a rešerše často diskutovaných témat v literatuře. Jak vyplývá z rešerší, s každou změnou přicházející do podniku souvisejí i problémy, výzvy a rizika. Právě na ně tato práce odpovídá. Cílem práce je identifikace problémů, výzev a rizik souvisejících s BYOD a následné zjištění stavu jejich řešení. K dosažení tohoto cíle je sestavena metodika, jež je tvořena jednoduchým procesem. Prvním krokem tohoto procesu je nalezení problémů, výzev, rizik a charakterizovat je. Následuje krok druhý, jehož úkolem je na problémy odpovědět nalezením řešení ve dvou rovinách -- teoretické a produkční. Výstupem tohoto kroku je poté řešení nalezených problémů, výzev a rizik, což naplňuje stanovený cíl. V závěru je provedeno posouzení cíle. Tato práce může posloužit podnikům zvažujícím implementaci BYOD, stejně tak jako podnikům, které jsou již ve fázi zavádění, jako náhled do této problematiky a vytvoření přehledu o překážkách a jejich řešeních. |

| Abstract: | Relatively new field in business informatics called BYOD - Bring Your Own Device, which is more and more often observed in present time. The introductory part is mainly focused on characteristics and solution topics of BYOD often discussed in the literature. As is clear from the research, any change coming into organization brings also problems, challenges and risks associated with it. To them this thesis answers. The aim is to identify all problems, challenges and risks associated with BYOD and then determine their solutions how to deal with them. To achieve this goal a methodology is created which consists of a simple process. In the first step of this process it is important to find these problems, challenges and risks and specify them. The task of the second step resides in responding to these issues and finding solutions for them. This is done in two ways - theoretical and production. The outcome is then the solution state of all problems, challenges and risks, which meets the stated objective. This work may help businesses considering a BYOD implementation, as well as to companies that are already in the implementation phase, as a preview to this issue and an overview of the barriers and their solutions. |
