| Abstract: | Infrastrukturní projekty (především v oblasti dopravy a rozvoje síťové infrastruktury) jsou spojeny s konflikty zájmů v konkrétním území i ve větší regionální dimenzi. Většina konfliktů se týká vlivu na životní prostředí. Tyto konflikty mohou významně zpomalit rozhodovací proces a zvyšovat náklady. Cílem práce je analýza konfliktů a nákladů spojených s velkými infrastrukturními projekty. V práci jsou analyzovány vybrané infrastrukturní projekty z České republice a ze zahraničí (Norsko a Čína), pozornost je zaměřena na problémy v dopadech projektů na životní prostředí. Na základě analýzy a komparace českých a zahraničních případů jsou identifikovány hlavní faktory vyvolávající konflikty se zájmy životního prostředí, jež ovlivňují náklady projektu. Z výsledků analýzy a komparace jsou v závěru práce formulovány doporučení pro realizaci projektů. |

| Abstract: | Infrastructure projects (especially in transport department and in the development of network infrastructure) are associated with conflicts of interest in a particular area and in larger regional dimension. The most of the conflicts are related with the impact on the environment. These conflicts can significantly slow down the decision-making process and increase costs. The aim is to analyze conflicts and costs associated with major infrastructure projects. In the work are analyzed selected infrastructure projects in the Czech Republic and abroad (Norway and China), attention is focused on the problems of the project's impact on the environment. On the based of the analysis and comparison of Czech and foreign cases are identified the main factors causing conflicts with the interests of the environment, which affect the cost of the project. The recommendations for the implementation of the projects are formulated from the results of the analysis and comparison at the end of the work. |
