Integration entity "cash event" in Sugar CRM and Adempiere systems

This thesis deals with the integration of SugarCRM and Adempiere systems in cash event in an actual implementation in a holding company (the Company). Cash events, in the con-cept of Company is the sum of the expected payments and events associated with them, which are associated to a specific project. The Company uses Open Source Software in the areas of ERP, CRM, MIS and ECM. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the possibilities of integration and design architecture of the integration solution in problem area with a pref-erence of Open Source Software which the Company favors. Next, it chooses the method of implementation of the proposed solution, including the possible choices of software and verifies the proposed solution in practice. In the second chapter, the work focuses on definitions Open Source Software and possible licensing. In the next section are presented different approaches to integration, their ad-vantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, based on the requirements of the Company, the criteria for selection of a suitable approach to integration are established. According to the integration capabilities of both systems the method that best suits to the problem is chosen. Next the selection of OSS integration tools suitable for use in the above mentioned area is made. In the next part the thesis deals with integration of entity "cash event" in SugarCRM and Adempiere systems using the selected technologies. This section also explains the business process of cash event and analyzes needed expansion of data structures in both systems and processes to establish events in Adempiere and Sugar CRM. The main benefit of this work is exploration of possibilities of integrating SugarCRM and Adempiere systems for cash event entity, the choice of the most appropriate approach to integration, design of architecture of the solution and verification in practice.
