| Abstract: | Celiakie je autoimunitní onemocnění postihující nejen děti, ale i dospělé. Tento handicap organismu je předáván geneticky, kdy u potomků vzniká vyšší riziko projevu celiakie. Není dokázáno, že by se nemoc projevovala u jednotlivců bez těchto předpokladů. Jedinnou možnou léčbou je dodržování bezlepkové diety. Porušením dietního omezení vznikne charakteristické zánětlivé poškození, a to především atrofií sliznice tenkého střeva a minimální absorpcí většiny živin, minerálních látek a vitamínů z potravy. Má práce sumarizuje základní problematiku celiakie, kterou doplňuji poznatky o finanční náročnosti stravování. Dále zjišťuji, jakými způsoby jsou pacienti informováni. |

| Abstract: | Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease affecting both children and adaluts. This handicap of organism is genetically passed when the offspring there is a higher risk of celiac disease expression. There is no evidence that the disease is manifested in individuals without these assumptions. Today is only possible treatment is compliance with a gluten free diet. Violation of dietary restrictions, characteristic inflammatory damage, especially the small intestine mucosa atrophy and minimum absorption of most nutrients, minerals and vitamins from food. My work summarizes the basic problems of celiac disease, which complement knowledge of financial difficulty eating. I also concentrate on the ways in which patients are informed. |
