| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je nalézt objektivizovanou hodnotu společnosti ZPA EKOREG spol. s r.o. k 1.1.2013. První část práce obsahuje základní informace oceňované společnosti. Obsahem druhé části je strategická analýza, jejíž výsledkem je prognóza tržeb. Výsledné ocenění společnosti je uvedeno v poslední části práce. Pro ocenění byla použita metoda amortizační hodnoty na úrovni equity. |

The second part of the strategic analysis, the result is a forecast of sales. The resulting valuation of the company is mentioned in the last part. For the valuation method was used depreciation value at equity. |
