| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem kolektivního vyjednávání v NHL. Představuje organizační strukturu NHL i odborů, zastupujících hráče. Dále popisuje kolektivní spory z historie, jejich příčiny a důsledky. Pokud je to možné analyzuje stav ligy po dobu trvání kolektivních smluv a jejich vliv na fungování ligy. Mezi hlavní cíle patří představení nové kolektivní smlouvy z roku 2012/13 a průběhu vyjednávání. Dále odhaluje způsob fungování důležitých mechanismů, jež mají přímý vliv na průběh sezóny. |

| Abstract: | (Evolution of collective bargaining in NHL, creation and analysis of collective bargaining agreement from year 2012/13) This bachelor thesis deals with the development of collective bargaining in NHL. It presents organizational structure of both the league and labor union, which represents the players. It also describes previous labor unrests from history, its causes and effects. When possible, this thesis analyses the state of the league while collective bargaining agreements are in effect and their influence on running the league itself. Among the main goals are introduction of new collective bargaining agreement from year 2012/13 and course of negotiations. Next it reveals functionality of certain mechanism, which has effect on the course of season. |
