| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Psychologické charakteristiky úspěšného podnikatele" je zaměřena na analýzu osobnostních vlastnosti podnikatelů, které napomáhají k jejich úspěchu a naopak překážejí. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou části. Teoretická část práce bude vytvořena na základě literární rešerše přední české anebo zahraniční literatury. Praktická část se skládá z hloubkových individuálních rozhovorů s osmi oslovenými podnikateli, z nichž čtyři jsou z České Republiky a čtyři reprezentují Ruskou Federaci. Závěrem praktické části je kvalitativní analýza psychologických charakteristik úspěšných podnikatelů ze dvou států a doporučení pro začínající lidí v oblasti podnikání. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis "Psychological Characteristics of Successful Entrepreneurs" is focused on the analysis of personal characteristics of entrepreneurs ,which help their success or on the contrary disturb. My work has theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part will be created based on Czech or foreign literature review. The practical part consists of individual interviews with eight entrepreneurs, four of them are from Czech Republic and four represent Russian Federation. In the end of the practical part is a qualitative analysis of psychological characteristics of successful entrepreneurs from two different countries, recommendations for people starting their own business. |
