| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování zakladatelského projektu pro nově zakládanou restauraci- steakhouse. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. První část, tedy teoretická se zabývá základními pojmy, které se týkají podnikatelského plánu a projektového managementu. V části druhé, praktické je sestaven projekt týkající se založení steakhousu. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce bude také zpracování kompetencí, financí, či doby trvání jednotlivých sounáležitostí a úkonů. V práci bude zhodnoceno, zda je projekt realizovatelný a zdali má šanci na úspěch. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to elaborate a project for founding a newly established restaurant-steakhouse. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part, that deals with the basic theoretical concepts relating to business plan and project management. In the second part, is bulit a practical project regarding the foundation of steakhouse. In the practical part of the thesis will also be processing competencies, finance or the duration of fellowship and operations. There will be evaluated if is the project feasible and if it has a chance of success. |
