| Abstract: | Lázeňská péče je v současnosti v České republice zařazena mezi zdravotnické služby, které jsou některým pacientům hrazeny z prostředků veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Nárok na tuto péči je ovlivněn Indikačním seznamem, který mimo jiné definuje nemoci, jež je možné v lázních léčit a délku léčebných pobytů. Novela Indikačního seznamu z roku 2012 s sebou přinesla mnoho změn, jejichž identifikace je jedním z cílů této práce. Bakalářská práce se dále zaměřuje na analýzu dopadů změn v Indikačním seznamu na vybrané lázeňské ukazatele a následně i na konkrétní lázeňská zařízení. |

| Abstract: | Spa treatment is in the Czech Republic included in the health service that is for some patients paid from public health insurance. Entitlement to this care is affected by the list of indications, which among other things defines the diseases that can be treated in spas and the lenght of patient stay. The amendment to the list of indications in 2012 brought many changes, whose identification is one of the aims of this work. The bachelor thesis also focuses on analyzing the impact of changes in the list of indications on select spa indicators and, consequently, on the specific spas. |
