| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce definuje základní pojmy související s nemocenským pojištěním, charakterizuje systémy v České republice a vybraných evropských zemích a vyhodnocuje jejich vzájemnou komparaci. Pomocí kalkulace nemocenské dávky ve třech zkoumaných zemích zjišťuje, že při pracovní neschopnosti nejméně ztratí zaměstnanec v Německu, nejmenší kompenzaci potom dostane zaměstnanec v ČR. Práce vyhodnocuje provedenou reformu z roku 2008 jako pozitivní, k čemu dochází na základě porovnání zamýšlených cílů a reálných dopadů této reformy. V práci je dokázáno, že došlo k redukci nákladů státu, snížila se úroveň nemocnosti zaměstnanců a jejich tendence zneužívat nemocenské dávky. Vlivem zavedení třídenní karenční lhůty jednoznačně došlo ke zlepšení celkového stavu nemocenského pojištění v České republice. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis defines the basic concepts related to health insurance, characterizes systems in the Czech Republic and selected European countries and evaluates their comparison. Using the calculation of sickness benefits in three examined countries finds that during work incapacity at least loses the employee in Germany, conversely the smallest compensation gets Czech employee. Thesis evaluates the reform implemented in 2008 as positive, what occurs under the comparison of desired objectives and real impacts of this reform. In thesis it is proved that the state costs were reduced, the level of employee's sickness decreased and also the tendency of employees to misuse the sick pay dropped. Due to implementing the three-day waiting period the overall condition of health insurance was definitely improved in Czech Republic. |
