| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením organizační složky územního samosprávného celku. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je všeobecně vysvětleno hospodaření, rozpočet a fungování organizační složky obce, na závěr této části jsou popsány sociální služby. V praktické části se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření organizační složky obce Tmaň na konkrétním příkladu Domu s pečovatelskou službou ve Tmani. Analýza se zabývá rozborem výnosů, nákladů, výsledku hospodaření a použití transferu. Na závěr se věnuje popisu spolku vzniklého iniciativou seniorů ubytovaných v domě s pečovatelskou službou. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with financial management of municipal authority organizations. It consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part financial management, budget and functioning of municipal authority organization is explained and at the end social services are described. The practical part focuses on analysis of financial management of municipal authority organization of Tmaň with specific example -- a nursing home in Tmaň. The analysis deals with cost-benefit analysis, profit or loss analysis and use of subsidies. The thesis concludes with a description of association which was founded thanks to the initiative of seniors who live in the nursing home. |
