| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce "Financování bytových potřeb v České republice" je analýza produktů, které jsou v České republice nejčastěji poskytovány za účelem financování bytových potřeb. Cílem této práce je tyto možnosti financování bytových potřeb popsat a porovnat jejich výhody a nevýhody. Teoretická část práce se zabývá především charakteristikou stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěru. V práci je uvedena modelová situace, na které jsou demonstrovány parametry úvěru ze stavebního spoření a hypotečních úvěrů odpovídající současné situaci na trhu těchto úvěrových produktů. V závěru modelové situace je pro nadefinovaný případ navrženo optimální řešení. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the Bachelor thesis "Funding of housing needs in the Czech republic" is analysis of the products that are most frequently provided for the purpose of housing needs financing. Objective of the thesis is to describe and compare advantages and disadvantages of these options. Theoretical part of the thesis especially deals with the characteristic of building savings and mortgage loan. This thesis contains model situation in which are demonstrated parameters of building savings loan and mortgages loans corresponding current market situation of these products. Optimal solution is proposed for defined case at the end of the model situation. |
