| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kreativním účetnictví. Především se zabývá mzdovou oblastí, konkrétně dohodou o provedení práce, cestovními náhradami a Švarcsystémem. Využití kreativního účetnictví v těchto oblastech mzdové politiky je v práci rozebráno a názorně ukázáno na příkladech z praxe. V další části práce je rozebrán mnou provedený výzkum, týkající se využívání kreativního účetnictví v mzdové oblasti na okrese Nymburk. Z práce a výzkumu vyplývá, že využívání kreativního účetnictví je opravdu nejčastější v mzdové oblasti, a to především při práci formou Švarcsystému. Závěrem této práce je, že kreativní účetnictví je problém v současné době velmi rozšířený a prozatím nedostatečně řešený. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the creative accounting. First of all it handles with the wage area, especially with the agreement for work, travel reimbursements and Svarc-system. The use of creative accounting in the areas of wages policy is discussed in the thesis and clearly shown in the examples. In the next part of the thesis is described my own research related to the use of creative accounting in a wage area in the district of Nymburk. The thesis itself and also the research say that the use of creative accounting is really most common in wages, especially using Svarc-system is very common. The conclusion of this thesis is that the creative accounting is a problem at present very widespread and is inadequately solved. |
