| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nestátními neziskovými organizacemi, konkrétně nadacemi a nadačními fondy. Teoretická část práce se věnuje postavení nadací a nadačních fondů v České republice a hlavně se zabývá změnou právní úpravy v souvislosti s novým Občanským zákoníkem. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou hospodaření a efektivnosti v letech 2011 a 2012 konkrétní nadace, a to Nadace ČEZ. |

The theoretical part deals with the role of foundations and endowment funds in the Czech Republic and mainly deals with the change of legislation in relation to the new Civil Code.
