| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá Nejvyšším správním soudem, jeho postavením v soudním systému a také jeho činností, která vyúsťuje v tvorbu judikátů. Je zaměřena na judikaturu v oblasti účetnictví, konkrétně na problematiku dohadných položek aktivních a pasivních. Judikáty Nejvyššího správního soudu jsou řešeny v souladu s obecnými účetními zásadami a principy účetnictví, z nichž některé jsou zakotveny v zákoně o účetnictví. Nejdůležitější zásada, která souvisí s dohadnými položkami je věcná a časová souvislost, což znamená, že náklady a výnosy se účtují v období s kterým věcně a časově souvisí, nikoliv v období, kdy dojde k příjmu či výdeji peněžních prostředků. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the Supreme Administrative Court, its position in the judicial system and its operations, which results in the creation of case law. It focuses on case law in the field of accounting, specifically on the issue of accruals assets and liabilities. Case law of the Supreme Administrative Court is dealt with in accordance with general accounting principles and accounting principles, some of which are set out in the Accounting Act. The most important principle, which is associated with the accrued items, which means that costs and revenues are recognized in the period in which they were earned, rather than in the period when is realized income or dispensing of cash. |
