| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti TOKOZ a. s. a sestavit nástin finančního plánu. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. Metodická část představuje vymezení finanční analýzy a jednotlivých použitých metod a ukazatelů. Samotné provedení finanční analýzy za roky 2007-2013 s využitím definovaných postupů shrnuje analytická část, která zahrnuje i vysvětlení a srovnání s vybranou konkurencí a odvětvím. V návaznosti na provedenou analýzu je sestaven finanční plán na rok 2014. Závěr práce se pak věnuje celkovému zhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TOKOZ a. s. and to formulate an outline of a financial plan. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The methodical part introduces the financial analysis and particular methods and ratios. The financial analysis itself was carried out in the analytical part using the defined methods. It includes explanation and comparison with relevant competitors and the sector. It is followed by a financial plan for the year 2014. The conclusion focuses on overall evaluation. |
