| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce, nazvaná Analýza povinného ručení na českém trhu, je rozdělena do tří základních častí. První z nich je zaměřena na teoretické rozebrání povinného ručení z hlediska definice povinného ručení. Tato část se dále věnuje zařazení do systému pojištění, historii povinného ručení, právní úpravě a v neposlední řadě také České kanceláři pojistitelů. Druhá část mé práce obsahuje kritéria povinného ručení, kterými jsou parametry vozidla, pojistníka a pojistky, dále vliv těchto kritérií na výslednou výši pojistného. Třetí část porovnává konkrétní nabídky jednotlivých pojišťoven pro modelového pojistníka, kde hlavním kritériem pro řazení pojišťoven je cena pojištění. Kromě cenového srovnání se tato část věnuje i poskytovaným službám a výhodám pojišťoven. |

| Abstract: | The name of my Bachelor's research is The analysis of the car insurance on the Czech market. It is divided into three basic parts. The first part is focusing on the theoretical aspects of the basic definitions of the car insurance. This part also analyze classification of the insurance system, the history of the car insurance, the law of the car insurance and office of Czech insurers. Second part of my work contains criteria of the car insurance, which are parameters of a car, client's parameters and parameters of insurance and their influence on price of the insurance. The Third part is comparing specific offers of the car insurances from different insurance companies. The main criteria of the comparison are the price. Besides the price comparison this part is also focused on the provided service and advantages of different insurance companies. |
