| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bankrotními a bonitními modely, jež poskytují prvotní náhled na důvěryhodnost podniku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou stěžejních částí. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře se vznikem jednotlivých modelů, jejich charakteristickými rysy, popisem výpočtu a způsobem jejich využití v praxi. Cílem je v praktické části aplikovat modely zmíněné v teoretické části na společnost Česká zbrojovka a.s. a celkově tak ohodnotit tento podnik z hlediska prosperity a náchylnosti k bankrotu. Výpočty jsou provedeny pro léta 2009 až 2012, což umožňuje porovnání výsledků jednotlivých modelů v průběhu času. V závěru je shrnuto celkové počínání si České zbrojovky a.s. v analyzovaném období. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with bankruptcy and credibility models, providing an initial insight into the firm's trustworthiness. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the origins of every single model, their characteristics, methodology of the calculation and their use in practise. The aim of the practical part is to apply the models mentioned in the theoretical part to Česká zbrojovka a.s. The company is assessed with respect to prosperity and susceptibility to bankruptcy. The results are calculated for the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, which enables to compare them over time. At the end of the thesis, the situation of Česká zbrojovka a.s. during the analyzed years is summarized. |
