| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na postavení žen v české společnosti. Zabývá se postavením žen v minulosti ve středověku, novověku, 19. a 20. století. Je doplněna problematikou postavení žen v současnosti z pohledu problematiky gender. Teoretická část práce se zabývá postavením žen na trhu práce a některými demografickými charakteristikami v Ústeckém kraji. Cílem této práce by měl být ucelený přehled postavení žen ve společnosti od minulosti až po současnost a přehled jejich postavení na trhu práce v Ústeckém kraji pomocí analyzovaných dat z vlastního dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | This work is focused on the role of women in Czech society. The work deals with the role of women in the past in the Middle Ages, Modern Era, the 19th and 20th centuries. There is also a position currently in the view of gender. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the status of women in the labor market and certain demographic characteristics in the Ústí region. The aim of this work should be a comprehensive overview of the status of women in society from past to present and outline their position on the labor market in the Ústí region analyzed using data from my own survey. |
