| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu podniku RWE Energo s. r. o. za sledované roky 2008 až 2012 a její výsledné hodnoty srovnat s konkurenční společností Teplárna Tábor a. s. a s odvětvím zabývajícím se výrobou tepla a elektřiny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První popisuje metodiku finanční analýzy, ve které jsou vymezeny vybrané finanční ukazatele a modely. Druhá část je aplikační, v níž je provedena samotná finanční analýza, porovnání výsledných hodnot s konkurencí a s daným odvětvím, zhodnocení finanční situace a sestaven plán na rok 2013. V závěru shrnuji zjištěné výsledky s celkovým hodnocením společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor's work is to perform a financial analysis of RWE Energo s. r. o. for the years 2008-2012 and to compare the resulting values with the company Teplárna Tábor a. s. and with the industrial sector engaged in the production of heat and electricity. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part describes the methodology of financial analysis with definition of selected financial indicators and models. In the second part the financial analysis of the company is made. It includes comparison of the calculated values with the ones of the competitive company and with the industry sector followed by evaluation of its financial situation. The financial plan for the year 2013 is made. The conclusion summarizes the results obtained from the financial analysis. |
