| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem, implementací a správou datové a VoIP sítě.
První část práce pojednává o teoretických poznatcích, které se dělí na dvě oblasti: ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) a VoIP (Voice over IP).
Druhou částí práce je praktický příklad, kde postupně řeším návrh, implementaci a správu služeb dle ITIL v nástroji OTRS. |
