| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komparaci možností externího financování korporátních firem v České republice. Práce popíše jednotlivé možnosti a podmínky jejich využití, včetně jejich nákladovosti. Dále se práce zaměří na popis řízení úvěrového rizika bankou, charakterizuje procesy, které využívá pro řízení rizika a popíše udílení ratingu klientům, na základě kterého určuje výši úrokové sazby za poskytnutí úvěru. Hlavním cílem práce je vybrat nejvýhodnější formu financování pro konkrétní investici dané firmy s uvedeným postupem pro vypočtení výše nákladů, základem pro tyto výpočty jsou finanční výkazy a provedená analýza banky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the comparison of the possibility of external financing of corporate companies in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the different possibilities and conditions for their use, including their costs. Further the thesis will focus on describing the management of credit risk, will characterize the process of using risk management and will describe the rating of clients, which determines the interest rate for the loan. The main goal of this thesis is to choose the best form of financing for the specific investment of the company, including the procedure for calculation of the costs. The basis for these calculations are the financial statements and analysis of bank. |
