| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je určení tržní hodnoty společnosti Tritia spol. s r.o. k 1.1.2010. Úvod práce představuje základní činnost společnosti. Navazuje strategická analýza, nastiňující dosavadní fungování a prognózující budoucí vývoj, vyčíslený prognózou tržeb. Finanční zdraví zhodnocuje finanční analýza, která spolu s generátory hodnoty tvoří kostru finančního plánu. Výslednému ocenění metodou DCF entity se věnuje poslední kapitola, doplňkově bylo provedeno ocenění na základě odhadu tržních cen majetkových položek. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company Tritia spol. s r.o. The company's area of business is introduced in the first part. The second part is devoted to a strategic analysis with the output being a sales prognosis. The third chapter deals with a financial analysis and results in financial health assessment. The financial analysis and the prognosis of value generators are foundation for a financial plan. Discounted cash flow entity approach, the main evaluation methodology, is applied in the last chapter. In addition an estimation of market value of assets is carried out. |
