Abstract:	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní trh s kávou a postavení Vietnamu jako druhého největšího exportéra kávy na světě. Úvodem mé práce popisuji krátkou charakteristiku kávy, kávovníku a oblasti pěstování. V další kapitole se zabývám světovým trhem, kde na straně poptávky jsou spotřebitelé a dovozci kávy a na druhé straně je nabídka, kde stojí producenti. Na tomto trhu hraje především důležitou roli Mezinárodní kávová organizace zvaná ICO a Mezinárodní dohody o kávě. Na tomto trhu hraje především důležitou roli Mezinárodní kávová organizace zvaná ICO a Mezinárodní dohody o kávě. Cílem a jádrem mé práce je kapitola, která pojednává o postavení Vietnamu na trhu kávy. Popisem tvorby a vývojem cen, hlavně exportem a také importem, produkcí a spotřebou kávy zhodnotím postavení Vietnamu na tomto trhu.

The aim and the core of my thesis is a chapter which deals with the role of Vietnam in the coffee market. With the description od the creation and evolution of prices, mainly export and import, production and consumption od coffee I'll evaluate the position of Vietnam on this market.
