| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je odhad hodnoty podniku pivovar KRAKONOŠ spol. s r.o., který působí na českém trhu k 31. 12. 2013 s využitím výnosové metody diskontu cash flow ve variantě entity. Získaná hodnota podniku by měla sloužit pro potřeby managementu firmy a celkově by tato práce měla sloužit jako informace pro vlastníky firmy a případné investory. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretická obsahuje nejdůležitější teoretická východiska potřebná pro pochopení druhé praktické části práce, která představuje aplikaci zvolené metody ocenění. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the value of the pivovar KRAKONOŠ spol. s r.o. company operating in the Czech market for the date of 31st December 2013 with a use of the yield method in the entity variant. The estimated value of the company is to be stated for the aim of management of the company and the thesis as a hole is to be stated for the aim of owners of the firm and potential investors. The thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part contains the most important theoretic themes needed for an understanding of the second practical part of the thesis that represents an application of the chosen method of valuation. |
