| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Finanční analýza společnosti Lafarge Cement, a.s.", je komplexní zhodnocení finančního zdraví konkrétního podniku v letech 2006 až 2012 se zaměřením na důsledky přetrvávající krize ve stavebnictví. Teoretická část zahrnuje veškerou metodiku výpočtů sledovaných ukazatelů, použitých v části praktické. V samotné praktické části poté dochází k technické (kvantitativní) analýze, zahrnující horizontální a vertikální analýzu, dále pak analýzu čistého pracovního kapitálu, vybrané poměrové ukazatele, včetně rozboru ROE. Objevuje se zde také vyčíslení EVA, bilančních pravidel a použití vybraných bonitních a bankrotních modelů. Závěr je posléze věnován zhodnocení nejdůležitějších trendů a ukazatelů z provedené finanční analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The output of this Bachelor's Thesis on the theme "Financial analysis of Lafarge Cement, a.s." is complex evaluation of financial situation of the company from 2006 to 2012 focusing on consequences of the crisis in the construction industry. The theoretical part includes all the metodology of calculations of monitored indicators, that are used in practical part. Afterwards, the practical part is aimed at technical (quantitative) analysis including horizontal and vertical analysis, then analysis of net working capital, selected financial ratios inclusive of pyramidal decomposition of ROE. Thesis also includes quantification of EVA, balance rules and selected credit scoring and bankruptcy models. The conclusion is devoted to evaluation of the most important trends and indicators of that financial analysis. |
