| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popsáním současných logistických procesů v podniku DoorHan Europe s.r.o., který se nachází ve městě Kadaň, v Ústeckém kraji. Cílem této práce je identifikovat nedostatky v logistických procesech a následně navrhnout nová řešení. Práce obsahuje dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky získané z odborné literatury, v praktické části je představen podnik a jsou v ní popsány veškeré logistické procesy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the description of the current logistics processes in the DoorHan Europe s.r.o., company located in Kadaň, in the Ustecký region. The aim of this work is to identify the deficiencies in logistics processes and then propose new solutions. The thesis contains two parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. The second part presents a practical enterprise and it describes all the logistics processes. |
