| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Optimalizace organizační zajištění sportovní soutěže" se zaměřuje na konkrétní soutěž nazvanou Děti v akci pořádanou domem dětí a mládeže Jižní město. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první teoretické části je popsáno zajištění sportu v ČR, jeho organizace, řízení a financování. Druhá část, tedy část praktická se zaměřuje na konkrétní akci, kterou zde plánujeme, sledujeme její průběh a následně analyzujeme odchylky oproti předpokládanému průběhu a hledáme způsoby zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis "Optimizing the organization of sports competitions" focuses on a specific competition entitled "Children in an action" which is organized by the DDM JM. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part it is described assurance of the sport in the Czech Republic, its organization, management and financing. The second part, a practical part, focuses on a specific action that we plan and monitor its progress. In the end of this thesis a competition is analysed to find deviations from the plan and we are looking for ways to improve in this analysis too. |
