| Abstract: | Finanční analýza slouží pro zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Je velice důležitým zdrojem informací pro různé skupiny uživatelů, kteří jsou nějakým způsobem v podniku zainteresováni. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat finanční situaci skupiny Škoda AUTO a.s. za roky 2008 - 2012 (včetně). Práce se člení na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou a aplikační. Jako zdroj pro teoretickou část byla využita odborná literatura, zabývající se danou problematikou. Informace, týkající se skupiny, pak byly čerpány z veřejně přístupných výročních zpráv. Všechny poznatky a výsledky použitých ukazatelů jsou pak shrnuty a zhodnoceny v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | Financial analysis is a source of information about the financial situation of a company. It is important for groups of users who are somehow interested in the particular company. The aim of this thesis is to analyse a financial situation of the group Skoda AUTO a.s. during the period 2008 - 2012. The thesis contains two main parts, the first one is theoretical and the second one is practical. Specialized literature was used as a source for the theoretical part. Information about the group was obtained from the annual reports, which are available for public. All results of the analysis are summarized and evaluated in the conclusion of the thesis. |
