| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na logistické činnosti skupiny společností ZTC Holding. V teoretické části je popsána historie logistiky a její cíle, jednotlivé fáze nákupu, dodavatelé a možnosti, jak je vybírat. V závěru této části jsou ještě vymezeny pojmy ohledně skladování, jejich druhů a funkcí. Praktická část obsahuje informace o zkoumané společnosti a analýzu současného stavu logistických činností. Na základně analýzy jsou navrženy optimalizace týkající se výběru dodavatelů a skladování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on logistics activities of the companies of ZTC Holding. In the theoretical part the history of logistics, its goals, stages of purchasing, suppliers and options of how to choose them are described. At the end of this part there are also specified terms about storage, its types and functions. The practical part contains information about the company and an analysis of current state of logistics activities. Based on the analysis there are the final optimizations for supplier selection and warehousing. |
