| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá animací staré hudby a nástroji, které využívá, tedy projektovým managementem a marketingem. V praktické části je práce zaměřena na soubor The Czech Ensemble Baroque, který se animaci staré hudby věnuje. Jsou zde popsány dva animační projekty, a to abonentní cyklus staré hudby Bacha na Mozarta! a Letní škola barokní hudby. U obou těchto aktivit je zkoumán především jejich marketing, je popsán marketingový mix, segmentace zákazníků, rozpočet projektů a jejich SWOT analýza. V závěru jsou tyto činnosti zhodnoceny a porovnány. |

| Abstract: | This work is about animation of old music and about project management and marketing as a tools which it uses. The practical part is focused on The Czech Ensemble Baroque, which is engaged in the animation of old music. Two animational projects are described there, concretely the subscription cycle Bacha na Mozarta! and The Summer School of Baroque Music. Especially marketing is examined at both of these activities, the work describes marketing mix, segmentation of customers, budget and SWOT analysis of these projects. Both activities are assessed and compared in conclusion. |
